To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit under and a 50% deposit over 20.000jpy. Deposits can be made by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. For cancellations, please see our Cancellation Policy below. We look forward to joining you on your Okinawa scuba diving experience!
Under 20.000jpy, we accept cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity and a full refund will be given. If you cancel your booking between 72 and 24 hours, then a 50% refund will be given. Within 24 hours no cancellations are accepted, except in extreme circumstances. Hangover is not such condition.
Over 20.000jpy, we accept cancellations up to 1 week before the scheduled activity. Within 1 week, cancellations are only accepted in extreme conditions.
If we have to cancel your activity, a full refund will be given.
Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card(+4% charge) or PayPal in advance, or Credit/Debit Card (+4% charge) and cash on site.
